Andrew started his career directly out of college teaching English and theatre at an International Baccalaureate high school in Annapolis, Maryland. While at the school, he helped its theatre program flourish and volunteered as chairman for two years for the Baltimore high school theatre awards. Simultaneously, he cofounded a 501(c)3 to facilitate an exchange program with a Gymnasium in Germany and led the program successfully for four years with the support of the Goethe-Institut’s GAPP resources. Andrew joined Global Experiences (GE) in 2018 as an Admissions Counselor and has become a CliftonStrengths coach and resource for GE and AIFS.
