AIFS and the Cyril Taylor Charitable Foundation (CTCF)

AIFS Abroad is a program of The American Institute For Foreign Study (AIFS), a charity-owned organization that has been a leader in cultural exchange and education for over 60 years.

Since its inception, the CTCF has awarded over $8.4 million to nonprofit organizations worldwide. In 2026, those organizations included AFS International Intercultural Programs, One to World, Cultural Vistas, Fund for Education Abroad, Global Glimpse, Institute of International Education (IIE) and the UK-US Fulbright Commission. These grants support programs ranging from scholarships for underserved students to educational opportunities for refugees and community enrichment projects.
