Overview
Spend a summer studying and traveling through iconic cities in Europe with AIFS! Spend 5 nights in London, 4 nights in Paris, 2 nights in Nice, 2 nights in Milan, 2 nights in Venice, 4 nights in Florence and 3 nights in Rome studying the masterpieces of art history on the European Art and Culture program.

| Day 1 | Optional overnight flight from the U.S. to London* |
| Day 2 | Arrive in London. Transfers for group flights. Rest of day free. |
| Day 3 | Morning orientation followed by a sightseeing tour with a professional guide. See London’s famous sights including Piccadilly Circus in the heart of the West End, the Houses of Parliament on the banks of the Thames and Buckingham Palace. |
| Day 4 | Morning class. Afternoon visit to the British Museum. |
| Day 5 | Morning class. Afternoon visit to the Tate Modern. |
| Day 6 | Morning class. Afternoon visit to the National Gallery. |
| Day 7 | Transfer to Paris by Eurostar and check into hotel. Balance of day free. |
| Day 8 | Morning class. Afternoon visit to the D’Orsay Museum. |
| Day 9 | Morning visit to the Louvre Museum. Afternoon visit to the Pompidou Center. |
| Day 10 | Morning class. Free afternoon. Evening cruise on River Seine. |

| Day 14 | Morning walking tour of Milan's iconic sites. Afternoon class. |
| Day 15 | Morning guided visit to the Brera Museum. Afternoon transfer to Venice by train. |
| Day 16 | Morning sightseeing walking tour of Venice including the Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark’s Square and entrance to the Church of Frari. Afternoon class. |
| Day 17 | Morning visit to the Guggenheim Museum, which holds an important collection of modern art, including works by Picasso, Miró, Kandinsky and Pollock. Afternoon transfer to Florence by train. |

| Day 19 | Morning class. Afternoon guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery. |
| Day 20 | Morning Class. Afternoon visit to the Accademia Gallery, home of Michelangelo’s David. |

Optional Flight Package
Students can select an optional transportation package for all AIFS programs. Students who choose to book their own flights should meet up with group at the program location and will need to make their own ground transportation arrangements.
Below are fees by departure city based on average historical costs and subject to change. If you select this option on your application, the total flight package price will be confirmed in your account 6 months prior to departure. (Program fee is guaranteed.)
