No matter what you’re interested in, London has almost any sort of career field on demand for an internship. As a global center of finance, fashion, hospitality, marketing, and media, London has some of our best placements overall. Internships in the UK range between 8 to 12 weeks and take place in the summer, fall, and spring.

London has a diverse range of peoples and cultures, and more than 300 languages are spoken within its boundaries. London had topped 9 million people in 2020, making it the most populous municipality in the European Union.
London is home to numerous museums, galleries, libraries, sporting events, and other cultural institutions, including the British Museum, National Gallery, Tate Modern, British Library, and 40 West End theaters.
London’s transportation system is also renowned, and the London Underground is the oldest underground railway network in the world.

Born and raised in London, Shaania is an expert in guiding and helping interns– from settling in their new city to finding all of the best spots that may have otherwise been missed! She enjoys exploring new cities, spending time with her dog, and cheering on her favorite team, Wolverhampton Wanderers.
In addition to day trips and excursions, a cultural calendar of weekly activities and social events is included in your program fee. These activities will include both typical tourist sites and attractions and lesser known visits which take advantage of the expert knowledge of our local AIFS Abroad staff and give you a more authentic and insightful view of life in England. You may be asked to pay a small supplementary fee for some events.
You’ll visit the prehistoric monument that is one of the world’s greatest mysteries with countless theories about its origins. Then, you’ll be able to see the natural thermal hot springs built by the Romans 2,000 years ago. The city of Bath is also great for shopping, museums, and sight-seeing.
Famous for the Battle of Hastings in 1066, this charming seaside town boasts rich history, beautiful pebble beaches, great food, a newly renovated pier, and lots of shops to visit.
