Shani began working for an official UK Examination board at- NFER-National Foundation for Educational Research as an Educational Researcher collecting data and statistics on how students respond to UK examinations. She was involved in various educational events/fairs dealing with international clients/companies. She also worked for her local Education Council where she examined how various schools were developing/failing and looking at ways to improve. She has always had an eye for education and has tutored/volunteered in various Primary schools. Shani joined Global Experiences 2 years ago in February 2019 and has been on the placement team ever and she loves it!
