Neal is a multifaceted educator, scholar, and practitioner with a desire to disrupt systems of power, privilege, and oppression globally. Neal has over 10 years of higher education experience and expertise across various functional areas including education abroad, career development, and college-level equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts. Neal began his career in international education in 2015 at his alma mater, DePauw University as an Associate Director of Off-Campus Programs. As a student at DePauw, he participated in two faculty-led programs to London/Berlin, and Paris, as well as Buenos Aires, and a semester abroad in Barcelona. Neal joined AIFS in 2024, and is excited to lead the study abroad and internship teams.
