Kelly began working in higher education in 2007 and has held roles at private liberal arts colleges and public state institutions including Associate Director of Study Abroad at Towson University in Maryland, and Interim Director of Study Abroad at Eastern Illinois University in Illinois. She also taught abroad with the Spanish Ministry of Education in Andalucia, Spain, and has led multiple study abroad programs with university students. Kelly joined Global Experiences in 2015, AIFS Abroad in 2019, and is delighted to lead the University Relations team.
