Deniz, a native of Istanbul, studied abroad most of her life in the US, UK and Hungary. She worked as administrator, researcher and instructor before becoming resident director of AIFS Istanbul Program in 2015. She went back to Budapest, Hungary, where she gained her PhD, to start the AIFS Budapest Program in 2018.
