Taylor Morgan
Director of Education Abroad
Taylor Morgan is the Director of Education Abroad at Texas Woman’s University. In this role, Taylor manages faculty-led abroad programs, crisis and risk management response, strategic planning, policy and partnerships, and leads the education abroad staff in their advising and programming.
Prior to joining International Affairs, Taylor served as the Honors Coordinator in the Office of Honors Programs at Texas Woman’s University for five years. As honors coordinator, she led four faculty-led programs abroad, finding a passion for international education which resulted in the move to serve as the Director of Education Abroad in February 2022. Taylor’s ten years of experience in higher education has included residential life, student development, first-year experience, advising, high-achieving students, civic engagement, violence prevention, and access for first-generation students.
Taylor is currently pursuing her PhD in Education, Leadership, and Organization on the Higher Ed track at Texas Woman’s University, with research focusing on first-generation college students. Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Master of Education in Higher Education Administration – Student Affairs from the University of North Texas.
