Erin began working in the International Programs Office at Augustana University in 2012. She has held roles in both international student and study away advising. She received a 2019 IDEAS Capacity Building Grant for researching student mobility at Augustana and helped launch the first faculty led program to Kenya. Prior to her work in higher education, she worked as an elementary school counselor.
