For Alumni

Upon completion of study program abroad (or internship program if a participant signs up for additional virtual courses) AIFS will send one transcript to a participant’s home institution. 

Questions about additional official transcripts can be directed to: transcripts@aifs.com

Please include your program, year you went abroad, and email address or telephone number. If requesting additional transcripts, please be sure to include specific instructions on where the transcript(s) should be sent. If you need an official transcript sent directly from the university abroad, this can be arranged. Fees vary depending on university and international mailing fees.

AIFS Abroad is partnered with Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut as our School of Record. Upon completion of a program in one of our Global Education Centers, or a study / travel program, transcripts are issued by Fairfield University.

Transcript processing can take 8 to 12 weeks after final grades are submitted. An official copy is sent to the Registrar at your home institution.

If you require an additional copy of your official transcript, copies can be requested through Fairfield University’s website at: https://www.fairfield.edu/registrar/transcript-requests/.

Transcripts are prepared by the Richmond Registrar’s Office, Richmond, The American International University in London, Queen’s Road, Richmond, Surrey TW10 6JP. One official copy of the transcript will be mailed to you free of charge after your study abroad term.

Additional official transcript copies may be obtained from the Richmond Registrar’s Office by using the Transcript Request Form, which is also located on the Richmond website, http://www.richmond.ac.uk/. This form should be printed, signed and mailed or faxed to the Registrar’s Office.

If you attended the Murdoch University program in Perth, Australia, please request a transcript directly from the University.

If you attended the Macquarie University program in Sydney, Australia, please request a transcript directly from the University.

If you attended the Campus International de Cannes in Cannes, France, please request a transcript directly from Chapman University via their online service: TranscriptsPlus.

If you attended the Trinity College Dublin program in Dublin, Ireland, please request a transcript directly from the University.

If you attended the University of Limerick program in Limerick, Ireland, please request a transcript directly from the University at saa@ul.ie.

If you attended the Victoria University of Wellington program in New Zealand, please request a transcript directly from the University by submitting this Transcript Request Form.
