Saturday, June 27 Arrive London. Transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight in London.

Sunday, June 28 Half-day sightseeing tour with a professional guide who will point out some of London’s most famous landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the Tower of London.

Monday, June 29 Morning departure by Eurostar high-speed train for the 3-hour ride from London to Paris for the start of summer school.

The fee includes Eurostar from London to Paris, hotel, breakfasts, airport transfers, sightseeing tour and local guide. Lunch and dinner are not included.

Optional 3-day visit to St. Malo and Mont St. Michel ($295, code #5111)

Friday, July 3 Afternoon departure by bus to St. Malo in Brittany. Overnight in St. Malo.

Saturday, July 4 Morning free to explore the beautiful town of St. Malo. After lunch, visit Mont St. Michel with its former Benedictine abbey. Return to St. Malo for the night.

Sunday, July 5 Early morning departure to the Peace Memorial in Caen. Visit to several D-day sites. Return to Paris by bus.

Optional 3-day visit to Chateaux of the Loire Valley ($295, code #5131)

Friday, July 10 Afternoon departure for Tours. Overnight in Tours.

Saturday, July 11 Departure from Tours by bus to visit the Chateaux of Chenonceau and Amboise. Return to Tours via Vouvray to visit a traditional wine cellar. Evening sound and light performance. Overnight in Tours.

Sunday, July 12 Morning departure for Paris stopping en route for a visit to the cathedral at Chartres, known for its magnificent stained glass windows. Arrive Paris late afternoon.

Fees for these two excursions include transportation, accommodations, breakfast, sightseeing and entrances as indicated. Students must enroll and pay for these excursions by April 15. Students who apply after the deadline may enroll subject to availability. If a minimum enrollment of 15 is not achieved, the tour may be cancelled. Once paid for in the U.S., optional excursions are non-refundable.
