Spend January Term traveling through iconic cities in Europe with AIFS! Spend 3 nights in London, 4 nights in Paris, 2 nights in Nice, 2 nights in Milan, 2 nights in Venice, 3 nights in Florence and 3 nights in Rome studying the masterpieces of art history.

| Day 2 | Arrive in London. Transfer to accommodation.*Students making their own travel arrangements should also arrive on this day. Time to settle in. Evening Orientation |
| Day 3 | Morning class. Afternoon visit to the National Gallery |
| Day 4 | Free morning. Afternoon sightseeing tour with a professional guide. See London’s famous sights including Piccadilly Circus in the heart of the West End, the Houses of Parliament on the banks of the Thames and Buckingham Palace |
| Day 5 | Morning class. Late afternoon Eurostar train from London to Paris |
| Day 6 | Morning class. Afternoon visit to the D’Orsay Museum. Evening river cruise along the Seine |
| Day 7 | Morning visit to the Louvre. Afternoon visit to the Pompidou Center |
| Day 8 | Morning class. Free afternoon |
| Day 9 | Morning transfer by train to Nice. Balance of day free |
| Day 10 | Morning visit to the Matisse Museum. Balance of day free |
| Day 11 | Morning train to Milan by private bus. Balance of day free |
| Day 12 | Morning guided walking tour of Milan, including entrance to the Cathedral. Afternoon class |
| Day 13 | Morning visit to the Brera Museum. Afternoon transfer to Venice by train |
| Day 14 | Morning walking tour, including the Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark’s Square and entrance to the Church of Frari. Afternoon class |
| Day 15 | Morning visit to the Guggenheim Museum, which holds an important collection of modern art, including works by Picasso, Miró, Kandinsky and Pollock. Afternoon transfer to Florence by train |
| Day 16 | Morning class. Afternoon guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery |
| Day 17 | Morning class. Afternoon visit to the Accademia Gallery |
| Day 18 | Morning transfer to Rome by train. Early afternoon guided visit to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill |

Optional Flight Package
Students can select an optional transportation package for all AIFS Abroad programs. Students who choose to book their own flights should meet up with group at the program location and will need to make their own ground transportation arrangements.
Below are fees by departure city based on average historical costs and subject to change. If you select this option on your application, the total flight package price will be confirmed in your account 6 months prior to departure. (Program fee is guaranteed.)
