Gaye spent her junior and senior years of undergraduate study at the University of Salamanca and then stayed on in Salamanca and taught English as a Second Language for several years. She coordinated Cortland State University of New York’s study abroad program at the University of Salamanca for six years before joining AIFS in 1993 as Resident Director of its Salamanca program. She thoroughly enjoys serving as counselor, administrator and friend to her AIFS students!
