Director of International Programs

Santa Barbara City College

Jing Liu started her position as Director of International Programs at Santa Barbara City College in 2023, and is delighted to contribute to internationalization efforts at a premier community college. She has over 15 years of experience in international education and study abroad at various higher education institutions, including UNC – Chapel Hill and Rutgers University. Jing holds a MBA from Rutgers Business School and a M.Ed in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. During her time off, Jing enjoys live music, spending time outdoors, and improving her new floating home – a 1978 sailboat.
