Argentina -Buenos Aires:

UNIVERSIDAD DEL BELGRANO

Key information:
  • Belgrano is allowing students to complete courses remotely.
  • There may be some exceptions with courses, but most courses should be okay.
  • Students must register for their courses online by March 19, 11:59 PM in order to access their classes. They can do so HERE.
  • On March 25th, students will receive an invitation to access the UB Virtual Campus.
  • Students should keep an eye on their email for updates.

Australia – Perth:

MURDOCH UNIVERSITY

Key Information:
  • Online teaching will begin on April 6, 2020.
  • Students will receive more information from the university and professors through email.

Australia – Wollongong:

UNVERSITY OF WOLLONGONG

Key Information:
  • UOW has moved to an online format for all students starting on April 6th.
  • UOW professors are working on making necessary adjustments to the courses to allow students to continue online.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors via email.

Austria - Salzburg:

    Key Information:
  • Professors say that it is possible for students to complete ALL their courses online.
  • Online instruction will begin on March 23rd unless otherwise notified.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Hungary – Budapest:

CORVINUS UNIVERSITY

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete courses online.
  • All communication will go through student’s Corvinus email.
  • Courses will be on Moodle, Neptun, and through Teams.
  • Information on distance learning can be found HERE.

Costa Rica – San Jose:

UNIVERSIDAD VERITAS

Key Information:
  • Veritas is allowing students to complete coursework online.
  • Students will complete their courses using CANVAS LMS, a system that students already use on campus.
  • Students should keep an eye on their email for updates from professors.

Czech Republic – Prague:

UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS

Key Information:
  • They will allow students to complete their courses remotely.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through their VSE email.

CHARLES UNIVERSITY:

Key Information:
  • They said that they will allow students to complete courses online.
  • Course material will be listed on the CESP Website. Information about finals will be released at a later date.
  • Students will use Zoom as their online platform and are encouraged to participate in Live Classes.
  • Charles University is working on a way to allow internship students to complete their course work. If a student is no longer interested in interning, they should contact Renata (RSluneckova@aifs.co.uk).
  • Students will receive updates from the university and their professors through email.

England – London:

RICHMOND, THE AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY IN LONDON

Key Information:
  • They will allow students to complete their courses remotely.
  • They will use Blackboard as the format, all students have access to this already.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

France - Cannes:

CAMPUS INTERNATIONAL DE CANNES

Key Information:
  • They are working on a plan for students to complete both the French courses and elective courses online. A plan is not solidified at the moment.
  • If they are unable to complete their courses, students will receive a college transcript with the number of hours they would have done, the level they would have reached in their French Class, and a grade.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

France – Grenoble:

GRENOBLE ÉCOLE DE MANAGEMENT

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete the remainder of their semester online.
  • Online classes will be accessible on March 16th.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

CENTRE UNIVERSITAIRE D'ÉTUDES FRANCAISES

Key Information:
  • CUEF will provide online courses for students to complete the remainder of the semester.
  • CUEF Intensive French Language program will proceed online.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

France – Paris:

AMERICAN BUSINESS SCHOOL

Key Information:
  • ABS has moved to a fully online program for the rest of the semester.
  • Students will be notified via email of what the academic requirements are for the remainder of the program.
  • Transcripts will be mailed out to the student’s home university in mid- June.

INSTITUT DE LANGUE ET DE CULTURE FRANÇAISES

Key Information:
  • They will allow students to complete their semester online.
  • Students will be contacted by each professor individually.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.
  • Students in the Schola Cantorum will not be able to continue their program remotely. They will be refunded their balance.
  • Transcripts will be issued at the end of the semester.

UNIVERSITY OF PARIS IV, COURS DE CIVILISATION FRANÇAISE DE LA SORBONNE

Key Information:
  • Students will be allowed to complete courses online.
  • CCFS has set up online classes through “itslearning”, Zoom, or individual emails.
  • Students in the Schola Cantorum will not be able to continue their program remotely. They will be refunded their balance.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Germany – Berlin:

FREIE UNIVERSITÄT BERLIN

Key Information:
  • Online instruction will begin on March 30th. They are in the process of working with all instructors to set this up. Courses will either be live-streamed (Berlin Time) or recorded.
  • They are in the process of figuring out logistics for students to complete exams through proctors at their home university.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Greece – Athens:

THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF GREECE

Key Information:
  • ACG is allowing students to complete their courses online through Blackboard.
  • Final exams will be May 4th to May 12th.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

India – Hyderabad:

UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD

Key Information:
  • Professors are working with students directly to allow them to complete their courses online.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Ireland – Limerick:

UNIVERSITY OF LIMERICK

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete courses online.
  • All end of semester on campus assessments and exams scheduled between May 5th and May 18th will be conducted remotely.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Ireland – Maynooth:

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF IRELAND, MAYNOOTH

  • Students will be able to complete courses online.
  • Exams will not be held in the traditional format, but will be replaced with equivalent remote assessments.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Italy – Florence:

RICHMOND THE AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY IN FLORENCE

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete courses remotely. Coursework will be posted to Blackboard once a week. Students have one week to complete the required task.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Italy – Rome:

RICHMOND THE AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY IN ROME

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete courses remotely through Blackboard.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

New Zealand – Wellington:

VICTORIA UNIVERSITY OF WELLINGTON

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete the majority of their courses remotely.
  • Some courses are not supported via the online platform.
  • A list of available online courses can be found HERE.
  • The University will work with academic staff to replace exams with alternative forms of assessment that can be completed at home.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Russia – St. Petersburg:

PETER THE GREAT ST. PETERSBURG POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete courses remotely.
  • Students should be checking their email regularly, as that will be the main form of communication from professors.
  • In an instance where a student will not be able to complete the courses remotely, they will issue transcripts with mid-semester grades based on their attendance, participation, tests in class, and essays.

South Africa – Stellenbosch:

Key Information:
  • Students in GEP and Mainstream courses will be able to complete them online (there may be some exceptions).
  • Assignments will be posted on their Student Account.
  • Students can access the online learning platform HERE.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Spain – Barcelona:

  • Students will be able to complete their courses online for the remainder of the semester.

UNIVERSITAT DE VIC – CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF CATALONIA

  • Students will be able to complete courses online for the remainder of the semester.
  • Lessons will be located in Virtual Campus starting on March 16th.

Spain – Granada:

  • The online teaching system will start on March 23rd.

Spain – Madrid:

Key Information:
  • Students will be able to complete their courses online for the remainder of the semester.

Spain – Salamanca:

  • Students will be able to complete their courses online for the remainder of the semester.
  • Classes will be taught online through the Stadium Plus platform, which is the virtual campus of the University of Salamanca.
  • Students will receive updates from the university and professors through email.

Spain – Seville:

UNIVERSIDAD DE SEVILLA

Key Information:
  • Online instruction will begin on March 23rd, 2020.
  • Mid-term grades are being sent to students.
  • Students should be checking their email daily for correspondence from their professors.
  • Should any issues arise, they should email the RD.
