Program at a glance
- Academic year, fall or spring semester (summer session also available)
- Open to college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors
- 2.9 minimum GPA required
- Courses in business, engineering, humanities, informatics and electronics, Irish studies and science. Special programs in aeronautical engineering, equine science, insurance, physical education and sports science, and public administration
- Program fee includes tuition, housing, meal allowance, excursions and cultural activities, airfare if selected, visit to London, and more
- The local AIFS Resident Director and staff organize cultural activities and housing, act as a liaison between students and the university, and are available 24/7 in case of emergencies
- 2-day orientation on campus
- Transcripts issued by the University of Limerick
Application and scholarship deadlines
- Applications must be postmarked or submitted online by April 15 for academic year or fall semester; November 15 for spring semester. Applications received after this date are subject to a late fee of $250. Apply online now!
- AIFS Study Abroad Scholarships available. The scholarship application deadlines are April 15 for academic year or fall semester; October 1 for spring semester.
