| Tuesday, June 24 | Morning transfer to the airport for flight to Beijing. Transfer to Beijing Inner Area student hotel for one night with welcome dinner |
| Wednesday, June 25 | Full day guided sightseeing tour of downtown Beijing, including the Forbidden City and Tian An Men Square. Evening transfer to BLCU on- campus student residences Thursday, June 26 4-week academic program at BLCU begins |
| Friday, July 11 to Sunday July 13 | Depart Beijing late evening by train for excursion to Xian, returning from Xian Sunday evening |
| Monday, July 14 | Continuation of academic program at BLCU |
